Description
[A3 - 297mmx420mm, Aug 2006] I wanted to draw someone older who has a more interesting skin texture. I think I got the wrinkles, esp round the eyes, but not the dimples. I tried drawing little circles with a tortillon to make the smooth skin texture rougher but without much success. Any tips?

Cheers, I have been drawing a lot of portraits recently (I think this is my 7th or 8th) and have been reading up on tutorials on how to make them look good. Hair has been causing me a lot of problems but I think I'm getting there. Next I am trying to move away from 'perfect' skin.
